We believe in open communication & full transparency.
Payment:
We like our clients to have seen the photos before paying. Our automated system allows viewing of
watermarked photos before paying, and automatically removes this watermark as soon as the
balance is settled.
Rescheduling/Cancelation:
Spaces Captured HATES to charge a cancellation or rescheduling fee. We know that things happen. We will only charge a $100 fee for same day cancellation/rescheduling if the property is not ready for photos. If it's the weather's fault, there will be no fee incurred.
Copyright Notice:
Spaces Captured is the copyright holder of any image or video we produce. The copyright of an
image or video is not transferred to any other party unless a specific written agreement is made.
Licensing may be obtained for various applications of images or videos, please contact us for more
details.
Photo Rights and Usage:
The original agent/client who paid for our services has permission to use these images or video on
any electronic or printed form of advertisement for the promotion of that property. The licensing
agreement is valid only for the duration the home/property is listed for sale and cannot
be reused without specific written permission.
Images or video cannot be sold to another agent who takes over an expired or withdrawn listing, as
the purchasing agent does not own the photographs, but rather the right to use them during the
specific term the property is for sale. The purchasing agent may reuse photos if the property is
temporarily removed from the market.

Digitally Altered Images
The dispute between Zillow and Matterport 3D Tour company.
We will add more as they come
Real Estate professionals and those acting on their behalf are now required, as of January 1st 2026, to disclose if any marketing images have been digitally altered. You can read the full California Legislation Information HERE
We don't like to get in between drama, so the only thing we can say is that Zillow does not allow Matterport 3D Tours to be displayed on their platform due to a conflict of interest. We still offer Matterport virtual tours for your listing websites, and we also offer virtual tours for Zillow through the iGuide platform. If you would like to know more you can read the latest HERE
